The exclusive brunch menu includes a curated selection of sushi starters like Ginshake nigiri, king salmon prepared with banana miso cream and chives, and arepas con carne, a white corn arepa with pulled veal and spicy avocado. For the main course, choose between baby chicken or sea bass romesco, then end your experience with a subtly sweet finish of dulce de leche milk cake, tres leches de arequipe, and Pina Rostizada, quimbolito cake with caramelised pineapple and coconut sorbet.

A first for Amazónico Dubai
Music is the heartbeat of Amazónico’s brunch, bringing back the much-loved elec-tropical beats in the lounge. From 2pm onwards, the resident DJ will be on the decks, blending Latin-inspired sounds that set the perfect vibe as you savour delectable dishes and sip on handcrafted beverages, expertly shaken by Amazónico’s master mixologists. Adding to the electric ambience are live performances from a percussionist and trumpeter who will roam across the three-storey restaurant.
