Expanding excellence across the Michelin Guide Dubai selection

Beyond the Three Michelin Star achievements, the 2025 selection introduces two new One Michelin Star restaurants. Jamavar’s Dubai outpost in the Opera district brings perfectly balanced Indian cuisine crafted with prime ingredients, whilst Manāo showcases Dubai-born chef Abhiraj Khatwani’s interpretation of Thai classics. The 11-course tasting menu at Manāo reimagines traditional dishes whilst staying true to the cuisine’s vibrant and authentic roots.
The Bib Gourmand category welcomes five new restaurants offering exceptional quality and value. DUO Gastrobar-Creek Harbour, Harummanis, Hawkerboi, Khadak, and Sufret Maryam each bring distinct flavours and concepts that reflect Dubai’s multicultural dining scene. These additions demonstrate how excellence in Dubai spans from luxury fine dining to accessible, flavour-driven eateries.
Recognition beyond the kitchen
