The opening introduces not one but two exceptional dining concepts to the Aegean coast: the signature ROKA restaurant and ROKA by the Beach. The Japanese concept was created by renowned restaurateurs Rainer Becker and Arjun Waney, the duo behind the globally acclaimed Azumi restaurant portfolio including Zuma and Inko Nito.
Set against the backdrop of Paradise Bay with uninterrupted views across the shimmering Aegean Sea, ROKA Bodrum restaurant elevates the destination’s impressive culinary credentials. The resort already houses 12 restaurants and bars including Hakkasan and Gigi Bodrum.
Signature robatayaki cuisine at ROKA Bodrum

ROKA Bodrum restaurant showcases the brand’s celebrated Japanese Robatayaki cuisine in an open-air setting that seamlessly blends culinary artistry with natural beauty. The restaurant centres around an authentic robata grill positioned in the heart of the dining space, where skilled chefs demonstrate the Japanese art of grilling over binchotan charcoal.
The culinary programme features ROKA’s signature dishes including sushi and sashimi platters that showcase seasonal ingredients, whilst the robata grill produces perfectly charred dishes. Complementing the cuisine is a crafted cocktail menu featuring premium sake selections and innovative cocktails utilising local Turkish ingredients.
