Wynn Al Marjan has unveiled the first two dining destinations set to open at its much-anticipated resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The $5.1 billion integrated property, scheduled to debut in spring 2027, will include an elegant French-American steakhouse by Alain Ducasse and Delilah, the celebrated Las Vegas supper club, marking the brand’s first expansion to the Middle East.
These restaurants reflect the signature attention to detail from Wynn Design and Development, led by Todd-Avery Lenahan, president and chief creative officer. Every element of Wynn Al Marjan is being crafted to create a resort unlike anything the region has seen before, from the design of its public spaces to its culinary programme.
Alain Ducasse brings new steakhouse concept

The new Alain Ducasse steakhouse at Wynn Al Marjan will span two levels and cover approximately 1,820 square metres. Known for blending classical French influences with modern flair, Ducasse’s new concept blends tradition and innovation, offering dishes such as duck foie gras brioche, cheese soufflé and steaks served with tableside theatre. Guests will also find a curated “Beef Club” section highlighting the finest cuts, paired with a choice of sauces and sides.
The theatrical approach extends to desserts, including a flambéed baked Alaska, ensuring that diners experience refinement with a touch of spectacle. Ducasse himself noted that his contribution to Wynn Al Marjan would boldly reinterpret American classics with a French sensibility, reinforcing his reputation as one of the world’s most celebrated chefs.
Delilah brings Las Vegas glamour to Ras Al Khaimah

Delilah will bring its iconic 1950s-inspired supper club experience to Wynn Al Marjan, covering 2,060 square metres on the resort’s first floor. The venue will offer a glamorous setting for dinner, entertainment, and nightly live music. Its interiors evoke legendary venues such as El Morocco in New York and Maxim’s in Paris, combining elegance with intimacy.
Signature dishes like beef Wellington and chicken tenders, staples of the Las Vegas location, will feature on the menu, alongside new creations that highlight regional ingredients. Guests can choose between cosy dining by the fireplace or celebratory group dinners, all while enjoying live performances that add to Delilah’s vibrant atmosphere.
What guests can expect in 2027
The partnership between Wynn Resorts and The h.wood Group, the team behind Delilah, ensures that the concept will be delivered with authenticity and luxury. Both Delilah and Alain Ducasse’s steakhouse will be part of the resort’s 22 restaurants and lounges, designed to position Wynn Al Marjan as a global dining destination.
With its combination of high-profile chefs, innovative concepts, and striking design, Wynn Al Marjan is set to become a landmark resort in Ras Al Khaimah. Set to open in 2027, the resort will bring together international culinary talent with the warmth of Middle Eastern hospitality.
