Comprising 149 residences, Wedyan Dubai Canal offers three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments, alongside two full-floor penthouses and a dramatic three-storey sky villa. Each home features expansive outdoor spaces conceived for year-round living. The layouts include a main kitchen and an additional back-of-house space with private access — ideal for hosting catered gatherings.
Several residences also include standalone pavilions inspired by Japanese teahouses, offering adaptable areas for meditation, art, or creative work. In true Al Ghurair fashion, the interiors blend function and form, ensuring each detail enhances the feeling of home.

Verdant terraces, shaded promenades, and water features create layered green spaces throughout the tower. The plant palette, from aloe vera to Bismarck palms, was chosen for resilience and elegance, allowing each level to flourish naturally.
Located along the Dubai Water Canal, Wedyan offers seamless access to Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah, and Business Bay, while remaining a serene escape from the city’s pace. In collaboration with over 30 design specialists, Al Ghurair has created a residence that embodies craftsmanship, cultural depth, and modern sophistication — setting a new standard for luxury living on the canal.
