One&Only One Za’abeel will introduce a major addition to Dubai’s dining landscape with the launch of Nobu One Za’abeel in January 2026. The arrival of the restaurant signals a significant moment for Nobu Dubai, strengthening the brand’s presence in the city while deepening its connection to the UAE’s rapidly growing culinary scene. Positioned within one of Dubai’s most forward-looking architectural developments, the opening will bring a new level of refinement to The Link and offer a fresh expression of the brand’s Japanese and Peruvian sensibilities.
The new restaurant will introduce Nobu’s signature approach to flavour, technique and presentation while contributing to the wider evolution of Dubai as a global dining capital. Its placement within the world’s longest cantilevered building adds a distinctive dimension to the experience, with elevated views and a contemporary atmosphere that supports the restaurant’s design philosophy. This launch represents the next stage in Nobu’s international growth, aligning the brand with an audience seeking precise execution, modern craftsmanship and a setting that complements the dining experience.
A new chapter for Nobu Dubai

Nobu Dubai will bring its familiar culinary signature to One Za’abeel’s landmark structure, joining a collection of internationally recognised restaurants within The Link. Set 230 metres above ground, the sky concourse offers uninterrupted views across the city and a setting that enhances the dining experience without relying on overt spectacle.
The space introduces a new interpretation of the brand’s design language. The palette incorporates black cerused oak, oil rubbed bronze and brass, embossed leather, Calacatta Cielo marble and Breccia Antica stone. Bespoke liquid metal panels and warm lighting complete the atmosphere, creating a refined backdrop for the restaurant’s open kitchen and service style.
A dual expression: dining and after-hours

Nobu Dubai at One Za’abeel will present an experience that evolves throughout the evening. The bar and lounge will shift into a late night destination with extended hours and a curated DJ programme. This marks a first for the brand, adding a dedicated after-hours format that complements the main dining room.
Guests can expect the dishes that define the Nobu name, including black cod miso, yellowtail jalapeño, sushi selections and premium wagyu. Exclusive creations have been developed specifically for this location, such as the umami Mediterranean seabass with tomato dashi ponzu, amadai ginger shiso ponzu and wagyu beef tenderloin with shiitake millefeuille tozasu.
Part of The Link’s global culinary line-up

Situated within One Za’abeel’s cantilevered structure, Nobu Dubai will join an established group of dining concepts. These include La Dame de Pic by Anne Sophie Pic, Tapasake beside the UAE’s longest suspended infinity pool, Culinara Social Dining and the Mediterranean influenced Aelia. Together, they form a destination that reflects Dubai’s ongoing rise as a centre for international hospitality talent.
The development’s glass exterior and elevated position create a visually striking environment, supported by a programme of culinary, cultural and lifestyle experiences across the wider property.
Nobu’s expanding presence in the region

Nobu continues to grow its global footprint with 57 restaurants worldwide and a series of international hotels. The brand, created by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, remains influential in shaping contemporary Japanese cuisine on a global scale.
Nobu One Za’abeel will strengthen the brand’s presence in the UAE, alongside additional forthcoming regional projects in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. Each development carries the blend of technique, precision and presentation that has defined Nobu since its founding.
Nobu Dubai at One Za’abeel is scheduled to open in January 2026. Further details, including the reservation release date, will be announced in due course.
From culinary art to fashion design
Chef Nobu Matsuhisa has taken his creative vision beyond restaurants with Sushi Club, an innovative clothing line created alongside designer Chris Stamp. This fashion venture channels Nobu’s refined Japanese sensibilities into wearable pieces that capture the precision and elegance found in both sushi craftsmanship and contemporary style.
The collection features minimalist designs, subtle nods to Japanese traditions, and premium materials that reflect both creators’ dedication to quality and authenticity. By merging Stamp’s streetwear expertise with Nobu’s cultural heritage, Sushi Club demonstrates how the chef’s distinctive aesthetic translates seamlessly across industries, from haute cuisine to lifestyle fashion.
