Duck & Waffle, London’s beloved culinary hotspot, is spreading its wings to Dubai this November. The restaurant, famous for its playful take on comfort food and round-the-clock dining, will occupy a sprawling 10,000-square-foot space in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Bringing its unique blend of modern British and American cuisines, Duck & Waffle Dubai promises to shake up the emirate’s dining scene. The restaurant’s signature dish, a decadent combination of crispy duck leg confit, fried duck egg, and mustard maple syrup, has already sold over two million portions globally.
Head Chef Jeremy Besson, known for his work with Chef Daniel Boulud, will helm the Dubai kitchen. Diners can expect favourite dishes like foie gras crème brûlée and spicy ox cheek doughnut, alongside new offerings from a robata grill, exclusive to the Dubai menu.
Inventive cocktails and all-day dining
At the heart of Duck & Waffle Dubai lies a 360-degree ‘chef’s bar’, where mixologists will craft clever libations. The cocktail menu promises a blend of nostalgic classics and fresh, seasonal creations, embodying the brand’s playful spirit.
True to its London roots, the Dubai outpost will cater to early birds and night owls alike. From breakfast and brunch to dinner and late-night bites, Duck & Waffle will serve guests around the clock, making it a versatile dining destination for any time of day.
The venue’s design, crafted by award-winning firm ICRAVE, features a central radiant dome and a metal tree framing views of the Burj Khalifa. A greenhouse dining area with a covered pergola will transform from a cosy daytime spot to a lively nighttime setting.
