This latest Italian hotspot, created in partnership with sports legends Cristiano Ronaldo and Rafael Nadal, brings a fresh yet timeless dining experience to the city.
Upon entering TOTÓ Dubai, guests are greeted with a lively and buzzy ambience, complemented by a warm glow that keeps the atmosphere sophisticated without ever feeling rowdy. The service mirrors this balance perfectly – friendly and welcoming without being overbearing, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish.
The menu, crafted under the guidance of renowned chefs, celebrates Italian cuisine with a focus on traditional recipes and techniques. Our meal began with the black Angus steak tartare, served with a mild Parmesan cream that added a delightful richness to the dish. The tartare was well-prepared, offering a perfect balance of flavours that showcased the quality of the ingredients.

A closer look at TOTÓ’s standout dishes
Next, we tried the primavera pizza. While the toppings didn’t quite hit the mark for us, the dough was a standout – perhaps some of the best we’ve encountered in Dubai. Its texture and flavour were exceptional, making it clear that the pizza-making process at TOTÓ is taken seriously. On a return visit, we’d likely opt for a different topping combination to fully appreciate the potential of their pizzas.
For the pasta course, we sampled the carbonara, which featured smoked duck guanciale in place of the traditional pork. This substitution offered an interesting twist, adding a subtle smokiness to the dish. However, for purists, the classic version may still reign supreme.
To finish, we indulged in the Tiramisù TOTÓ. This dessert was the perfect way to end the meal, with its layers of rich mascarpone and coffee-soaked biscuits delivering a taste of Italy that lingered pleasantly on the palate. TOTÓ Dubai combines upscale dining with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re there for a casual night out or a special occasion, the restaurant’s commitment to quality and attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the experience.
