Corinthia Residences Dubai

Corinthia Residences brings British refinement to Dubai’s skyline

The new Corinthia-branded towers bring European sophistication and Dubai ambition into perfect harmony.

Rising above Sheikh Zayed Road, Corinthia Residences Dubai marks a defining chapter in the city’s evolution of design-led living. Developed by Dubai General Properties and exclusively represented by Driven | Forbes Global Properties, the project introduces Dubai’s first Corinthia-branded residences alongside a five-star hotel from the British luxury hospitality group.

The development brings together two towers, one of which will stand among the tallest in the world, uniting hospitality and residential architecture within a single, sculptural form. Set for completion by 2030, it signals the next generation of ultra-luxury living in the heart of Dubai’s most recognisable corridor.

A vision of elegance and scale

Corinthia Residences

Designed by AtkinsRéalis, the twin towers will rise more than 500 metres and will be linked by a dramatic sky lobby suspended between the structures. The geometry draws from Art Deco principles, blending symmetry and proportion with contemporary detailing to create a silhouette that is both graceful and enduring.

At its core, the project combines modern engineering with timeless aesthetics. The façades are envisioned to capture the desert light by day and the city’s glow by night, transforming the development into a vertical landmark visible from across Dubai. Inside, the interior concept, titled “Stillness in the Sky”, interprets the serenity of a garden in bloom through tactile materials, champagne-metal finishes and diffused natural light that softens the transition between public and private spaces.

The overall composition evokes a calm rhythm above the city. Every architectural line and interior detail has been designed to celebrate space, proportion and quiet refinement, presenting a residential experience that feels elevated yet intimate.

Redefining the Corinthia experience

Corinthia Residences

For more than six decades, Corinthia Hotels has been known for its European heritage and commitment to craft. Corinthia Residences Dubai translates that legacy into a contemporary context, merging hospitality and private ownership through a curated collection of homes. The development includes both branded and non-branded residences, giving buyers a genuine sense of choice without compromise on quality.

Selected residences will feature private pools, gyms and expansive indoor-outdoor areas. All homeowners will have privileged access to the Corinthia Hotel next door, where world-class wellness, dining and concierge services extend the brand’s promise of refined living. This integration of hotel-level service within private space is central to the project’s vision of lifestyle without boundaries.

Architecture, design and legacy

Corinthia Residences

Spanning 330,000 square metres, Corinthia Residences Dubai represents a holistic approach to modern urban living. Beyond the residences and hotel, the towers will include elevated amenities, landscaped decks and leisure spaces that foster a sense of community while preserving privacy.

The project’s dual-tower composition creates visual harmony along Sheikh Zayed Road, linking tradition and innovation through its layered façades and sculptural presence. By 2030, the development is expected to become one of the region’s most recognisable addresses, embodying Dubai’s continued pursuit of excellence in architecture, design and hospitality.
