Lumena Alta unveiled with the world's highest infinity pool

In a city that continues to reimagine its skyline, Lumena Alta introduces a new symbol of architectural brilliance. Rising 380 metres above Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower is conceived as a living sculpture of light and movement. It marks Omniyat’s twentieth year of shaping Dubai’s skyline through a portfolio of design-led developments that fuse art, technology, and ambition.

Designed as an ultra-luxury commercial development for global visionaries, Lumena Alta brings together offices, hospitality, and lifestyle spaces within one vertical masterpiece. Its sinuous, spiralling façade reflects light by day and glows from within by night, capturing Omniyat’s enduring philosophy of creating spaces where architecture and artistry meet.

Vision, scale, and design

‘Lumena’, drawn from the Latin lumen meaning light, symbolises creativity and innovation, while ‘Alta’ conveys aspiration and height, qualities that the project weaves into both its name and design. The aerodynamic geometry captures movement and ambition, setting a new architectural benchmark for Dubai’s next generation of commercial landmarks.

Set on the threshold of Business Bay, Lumena Alta stands beside its sister tower, Lumena, together forming a striking gateway to the city’s business district. Its position offers direct access to the Burj Khalifa district and DIFC, with future connectivity to the Dubai Metro Gold Line, reinforcing its role as both a physical and cultural link between commerce, design, and innovation.

Spaces for influence

Inside, the tower offers over 723,000 sq. ft. of premium office space, accompanied by 50,000 sq. ft. of amenities and 15,000 sq. ft. of curated retail. Flexible shell-and-core layouts allow for bespoke configurations, while landscaped sky terraces and private suites create zones of calm above the city.

Arrival begins through triple-height lobbies, designed with sculptural precision to set a tone of modern grandeur. The journey upwards reveals executive lounges, sunlit atria, and wellness areas, each reflecting Omniyat’s pursuit of seamless function and aesthetic form.

Among its standout features, Lumena Alta will host a five-star lifestyle hotel at its summit, alongside what is expected to be the world’s highest infinity pool, suspended 335 metres above ground. A signature sky restaurant will complete the experience, offering panoramic views across Dubai’s skyline and coastline.

Wellness and performance at altitude

A suite of facilities underscores the project’s focus on holistic productivity. The executive wellness and recreation floor integrates a 25-metre lap pool, vitality pools, and a high-performance fitness centre. The spa and hydrotherapy zone extends this further, designed as a retreat for rest and restoration.

For business needs, an executive club provides meeting and event spaces, co-working areas, and private boardrooms, all supported by Omniyat’s signature service model. Around-the-clock concierge, valet, and porter services are complemented by à la carte options such as floristry, private dining, and curated event experiences.
