Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties have announced an ambitious partnership set to transform Dubai’s hospitality landscape. The spectacular Corinthia Dubai luxury hotel project will rise on Sheikh Zayed Road near the Museum of the Future, introducing the brand’s Mediterranean soul to the UAE’s most dynamic city.
The landmark Corinthia Dubai luxury hotel development will feature a striking dual-tower structure soaring over 500 metres, positioning it among the world’s tallest buildings. Its most distinctive architectural element will be a cantilevered sky lobby suspended more than 200 metres above ground, visible to onlookers from both north and south approaches.

We are proud and honoured to be bringing the Corinthia brand to Dubai, a city I know and love from my decade-long residence here.
– Simon Casson, CEO of Corinthia Hotels
The development marks Corinthia’s first venture into the UAE market, joining their portfolio of luxury properties across London, New York, Brussels and other global destinations. Known for pioneering the ‘Grand Boutique’ hotel concept, the Corinthia Dubai luxury hotel will offer a blend of intimate service and grand architectural vision when it opens by 2030.
Residents and guests will enjoy breathtaking perspectives of the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Palm Jumeirah. The strategic location provides both connectivity and exceptional views that capture Dubai’s dramatic urban landscape.
Unprecedented sky-high amenities at Corinthia Dubai
The Corinthia Dubai will offer a suite of amenities that push the boundaries of luxury hospitality. The pièce de résistance will be the world’s highest outdoor sky pool, suspended over 500 metres above ground with 360-degree panoramic views of the city and coastline.
The development will house a five-star hotel alongside Corinthia-branded serviced penthouses and apartments, catering to both short-stay visitors and those seeking a permanent luxury residence. Select penthouses and residences will feature private pools, offering an exclusive aquatic experience hundreds of metres above the city.
