The Mark Grand Slam Extravaganza - Penthouse Terrace The Mark Hotel

The Mark New York is offering the ultimate US Open Grand Slam package

The Upper East Side hotel's four-night Penthouse package pairs 12 championship-weekend tickets with a private lesson from John McEnroe and a charter through New York Harbor

As the 2026 US Open returns to Flushing Meadows, The Mark has assembled what it describes as its most spectacular tennis offering yet. Set in a landmark building at the corner of Madison Avenue and 77th Street, a short walk from Central Park and the museums, galleries and boutiques of the Upper East Side, the hotel has built its tournament season around The Mark Grand Slam Extravaganza, a four-night Penthouse package priced at USD 500,000 for up to six guests that combines championship-weekend access with a run of experiences extending well beyond Madison Avenue.

The package is built around 12 tickets, six to the men’s semifinals and six to the men’s final, together with dedicated return chauffeur transfers to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. Because the allocation covers six guests across both sessions, the entire party is placed at Flushing Meadows for the closing two matches of the men’s draw.

Occupying the hotel’s top two floors, The Mark Penthouse becomes a private residence for the semifinal and final weekend, and between matches guests can order bespoke menus from The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges and Caviar Kaspia at The Mark without leaving the suite.

The Penthouse also opens onto a terrace overlooking Central Park and the Manhattan skyline, where the hotel’s smart cold plunge is installed, while a private Technogym sits within the suite itself for guests who want to train between sessions.

Guests will also step onto court for a private lesson with tennis legend John McEnroe at the John McEnroe Tennis Academy. A portion of the package proceeds will benefit the academy and its work providing young athletes with access to world-class coaching and opportunities both on and off the court.

Completing the itinerary is a private celebratory excursion aboard The Mark’s 21-metre Herreshoff sailboat, which the hotel describes as one of the last of its kind. Departing Chelsea Piers at the guests’ leisure, the charter journeys through New York Harbor and past the Statue of Liberty, with the option of bespoke menus by Jean-Georges Vongerichten or Caviar Kaspia at The Mark served on board.

Beyond the Penthouse experience, the hotel will bring the spirit of the tournament to street level with a series of playful tennis-inspired touches available to hotel guests, visitors and New Yorkers throughout the US Open. The programme runs from Friday 28 August to Sunday 13 September, closing on the day of the men’s final.

The Mark’s signature flower cart will be transformed into a curated tennis display featuring custom caps, branded tennis balls and vintage rackets, while the hotel’s hot dog cart will offer a selection of limited-edition merchandise and treats for purchase, including The Mark Custom Tennis Balls at USD 30, The Mark Tennis Club Cap at USD 35 and tennis cookies at USD 6.

At The Mark Restaurant and The Mark Bar, the celebration continues with a branded cappuccino finished with The Mark Tennis Club motif, a courtside-inspired detail for those who would rather watch the tennis than play it. The Mark Grand Slam Extravaganza is available now through the hotel’s website, and looking beyond the tournament, the hotel has confirmed it will introduce its first wellness and longevity spa, developed in partnership with Augustinus Bader, in late 2026.
