COYA Suite Marbella has opened at Puente Romano Marbella, the resort’s newest suite and the product of a collaboration with COYA, the Peruvian-fusion restaurant brand already woven through the property. Unveiled this summer, it sits in the most sociable stretch of the resort, a few steps from COYA Pool, COYA Restaurant and COYA Club, and the resort has shaped it around hosting and celebrating rather than resting between one venue and the next.
Spanning approximately 310 square metres, the suite offers expansive indoor and outdoor living space across a main salon and a separate bedroom wing, with the social areas taking the greater share of the plan. It joins a widening category of hotel suites built around a brand rather than a room grade, and the resort presents it as an extension of the world of COYA rather than an accommodation type of its own.
Its position within the resort matters to the proposition. With COYA Pool, COYA Restaurant and COYA Club all a short walk away, the suite completes a cluster of COYA venues that guests can move between across a single day, from the pool in the afternoon to the restaurant in the evening and the club after that, with the suite itself available for whatever follows.
A main salon built for entertaining
The salon carries the bulk of the entertaining. It holds a bespoke Pisco Bar, a dedicated DJ booth and a private dining area where the COYA Marbella tasting menu can be served, prepared discreetly in the butler’s kitchen. The result is a space in which an evening can run from cocktails through dinner to a late set without anyone leaving the suite.
A private games room adjoins the salon, along with a vintage turntable, a collection of classic vinyl and an integrated sound system running through the entertainment spaces. The Temple, a glass-fronted private cellar, is stocked to each guest’s preference ahead of arrival, with the resort citing bottles ranging from Cristal to Clase Azul.
A bedroom wing with its own terrace
The bedroom wing reveals a private dressing room and a book-matched marble bathroom fitted with a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in jet shower. The bedroom opens directly onto a private terrace, where a jacuzzi with an integrated ice channel keeps chilled bottles within reach of the water.
Interiors follow COYA’s established visual language, combining dark woods, hand-carved Inca motifs, rich velvets, Peruvian ceramics and illuminated niches displaying gold Inca figures.
A private wing for larger groups
For larger stays, adjoining rooms and suites can be combined with COYA Suite Marbella to create a private wing accommodating up to 22 additional guests, an arrangement aimed at groups who want to occupy a single stretch of the resort without interruption.

The suite sits within a five-star resort on Marbella’s Golden Mile, a member of Leading Hotels of the World and around 45 minutes by car from Málaga International Airport. Designed in the style of a traditional Andalusian white village, the property comprises seven private villas and 162 suites set among botanical gardens that cascade towards the Mediterranean, with views the resort says take in both the sea and the mountains of North Africa.
