The Mekong Discovery menu highlights regional specialities, including Laotian riverweed, zesty yellowfin tuna larb, and Chiang Rai’s curried pork on roasted rice toast.
The Culinary Adventure menu mixes Eastern traditions with Western flair, featuring wagyu short ribs on artisanal rolls, Phuket lobster wraps with local avocados, and desserts like baked Royal Projects figs in crème brûlée and native strawberries with mint in choux pastry. For a luxurious experience, the Gourmet Odyssey menu elevates local flavours with premium ingredients such as wagyu M5 beef, king scallops, and Royal Projects caviar, complemented by desserts like kaffir lime financier, rose and pumpkin mousse, and burnt coconut crème brûlée.
