The resort will comprise 60 elegantly designed guest rooms and suites, complemented by 30 distinct beachside villas, each featuring private pools. The crown jewel of the accommodation offerings will be the five-bedroom, 1,200 sqm Bvlgari Villa, set within its own private park and leading to a private beach complete with a 20-metre pool. This exclusive villa represents what Bvlgari envisions as the new standard of worldwide luxury hospitality.
An extensive range of facilities for wellness, recreation, entertainment, and dining will be available throughout the destination, ensuring a comprehensive lifestyle experience for all guests. The development promises to blend Italian elegance with Arabian heritage through meticulously curated landscaping that offers an unparalleled fusion of cultural influences.
Architectural excellence meets Italian craftsmanship

The construction and design project will be curated by renowned Milanese architectural firm ACPV ARCHITECTS, led by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel. The resort’s architecture will embody a symbolic interplay of glass and gold emerging from the sand, reflecting the UAE’s unique identity and heritage of craftsmanship and luxury. This design philosophy aligns with Bvlgari’s commitment to creating destinations that honour local culture whilst maintaining international standards.
The landscape design has been entrusted to Milanese firm LAND SRL, which will create a visionary environment crafted with precision and inspired by both culture and nature. The design will transition from sculptural to organic elements, featuring varied geometries and soft natural forms that echo both Italian artistry and Arabian tradition.
Signature dining and wellness experiences

The main building will feature Bvlgari’s signature Il Caffè, the casual Italian restaurant, alongside the renowned Bvlgari Dolci boutique offering chocolate creations and Italian pastries. La Galleria, the resort’s concept store, will provide a curated selection of items from handpicked local and international designers. The destination will also house a purpose-built Bvlgari Spa spanning 2,000 sqm, offering world-class wellness amenities including a 25-metre lap pool, fitness centre, and outdoor deck with mesmerising sea views.
Additional signature outlets will include Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, serving contemporary Italian cuisine curated by three Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito, and the exclusive Japanese dining concept Hōseki. The resort will also feature La Spiaggia restaurant and the spirited Bvlgari Bar, alongside a state-of-the-art Yacht Club with private beach access and exclusive membership programmes.
Exceptional residential component
The residential element of Bvlgari Resort Abu Dhabi will include 90 private mansions ranging between 1,650 and 2,500 sqm, introducing eight distinct estates each with private beach access. Selected mansions will feature private docks accommodating boats up to 25 metres, whilst others will overlook the tranquil inner cove of the island. All mansions will offer spectacular views of the sea, city, or private cove, with designs that blend contemporary international architecture with local influences.
