Six Senses The Palm, Dubai opens on 23 November 2026 on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, bringing the brand to the United Arab Emirates for the first time. The all-suite beachfront resort has 61 suites alongside 172 private residences, with views across the open Gulf, The Palm and the marina skyline. It lies a 35-minute drive from Dubai International Airport and 25 minutes from Al Maktoum International.
The opening of Six Senses The Palm, Dubai comes nearly five years after the project was first announced in December 2021 and follows Six Senses AMAALA and Six Senses London, both opened earlier this year. A second address in the city, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, is already in development.
Coral reefs and old souks shape the West Crescent resort
The LEED-certified architecture at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai takes its cue from coral reefs and the cultural character of the UAE, expressed in organic forms and biophilic materials. Timber-framed ceilings recall the traditional souks and the lighting refers to the pearls of the Gulf, while the spa’s relaxation spaces use Datecrete, a locally developed material made with date pits.
Artists and makers from across the UAE were commissioned for the interiors. The plan reworks the traditional majlis for modern life, with shared gardens for company and quieter places to retreat, so that guests and residents can move easily between the two.
Suites and residences look out across the Arabian Gulf

The 61 suites at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai face the open Arabian Gulf, The Palm or the marina skyline, finished in sand-coloured tones, stone and timber. Categories run from Pearl and Breeze Suites to Horizon Suites with private hydrotherapy pools, up to the three-bedroom Pool Retreat and Private Reserve. Connecting suites take up to eight guests, and every suite has a bathtub and walk-in shower, a wellness minibar, a pillow menu and a yoga mat.
Alongside the hotel sit 172 privately owned residences, from Penthouses and Royal Penthouses to Sky Villas and beachfront Signature Villas, all finished in natural stone and hand-selected timbers. Residents share the landscaped gardens with hotel guests, and the residences carry the same Six Senses approach to wellbeing into permanent homes.
Six Senses The Palm, Dubai builds its stay around wellness
At Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, the spa covers 5,500 square metres across indoor and outdoor spaces, with a vitality pool circuit, a hammam and a Biohacking Recovery Lounge. At the Alchemy Bar, guests blend their own botanicals. Nova Clinic adds advanced diagnostics and preventive care, and a stay might begin with a Wellness Screening or a restorative treatment after a long flight.
Programmes in Sleep, Fitness, Yoga and Ayurveda run over several days, and treatments range from a traditional Moroccan hammam to the Traveler’s Hack, which pairs red-light therapy with compression and vibration. A game of padel might lead into an ice bath and sauna ritual, with tennis and squash courts, a movement studio and indoor and outdoor yoga and meditation studios alongside.
LOÄM and ROKA set the table on Palm Jumeirah

Dining at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai follows the Eat With Six Senses philosophy, with menus that change with the seasons and dishes shaped around how guests like to eat. LOÄM serves Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking from regional, seasonal produce, taking its name from fertile soil, while LOÄM by the Pool & Beach Pavilion offers casual dining and lighter dishes by the water.
ROKA brings contemporary Japanese robatayaki to a sky garden overlooking Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf. EVY pairs a lifestyle lounge with meeting spaces and a wellness bar, and TWØ12 is a New York-inspired speakeasy serving cocktails to a soundtrack of jazz and funk. In-room dining is available around the clock.
Mleiha’s desert and Emirati ritual lie beyond the resort
Experiences at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai reach beyond the West Crescent, from journeys into the desert landscape of Mleiha and its 200,000 years of history to a bakhoor workshop exploring the scents and rituals of Emirati culture. At the resort, the Earth Lab brings guests and locals together to learn how everyday actions can regenerate nature.
The sustainability programme also has a mascot, Flora the Flamingo, and all mascot sales go to a Regenerative Impact Fund supporting local environmental and social projects, along with 0.5 per cent of resort revenue. Reservations for Six Senses The Palm, Dubai are now open ahead of the 23 November opening.
