Ciel Dubai Marina, part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, is scheduled to open its doors on 15 November 2025. Soaring to 377 metres across 82 floors, it will claim the title of the world’s tallest hotel and introduce the highest infinity pool globally. The development, managed by The First Group Hospitality, promises a blend of forward-thinking architecture, panoramic views, and a guest experience designed to redefine upper-upscale hospitality.
An architectural icon on the skyline
Designed by award-winning architects Norr, Ciel Dubai Marina is shaped in a distinctive “eye of the needle” silhouette. Its 1,004 rooms and suites all feature floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and the city’s glittering skyline. The property’s design integrates with the vibrant energy of Dubai Marina, offering direct access to the waterfront and connections to JBR, Bluewaters, and Palm Jumeirah.
Inside, the focus is on elegant interiors and high-functioning spaces. The Executive Lounge, Nest, provides an exclusive retreat for guests staying in Club rooms or suites, while meeting spaces with skyline views cater to business travellers. A luxury spa positioned on the 61st floor and a 24-hour gym add to the sense of wellbeing and sophistication.
Culinary destinations at Ciel Dubai Marina

Dining plays a central role in the hotel’s vision. Eight restaurants and lounges showcase global flavours with immersive design. West 13 embraces the vibrancy of Mediterranean cuisine, serving handmade pasta, mezze, gyros, and Latin-inspired bites in a lively, open-kitchen setting. East 14 focuses on Asia, bringing ramen, pho, sushi, dim sum, and curries together with live cooking counters.
Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery, a homegrown Dubai favourite, adds a familiar touch with its signature pastries, fresh bread, and award-winning coffee. The headline venue is Tattu Dubai, the modern Asian restaurant from the UK, which will spread across multiple levels. Guests can experience contemporary Chinese and Japanese flavours at Tattu Restaurant & Bar on level 74, before ascending to the Sky Pool on level 76 – the highest infinity pool in the world – and finishing at the Sky Lounge on level 81 with 360-degree views of Dubai.
A destination for leisure and business

Beyond dining, Ciel Dubai Marina offers a carefully curated lifestyle. Guests enjoy complimentary transfers to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah for access to a private shoreline. Families are well catered to with a Kids Club, splash pad, and tailored menus. For business travellers, the hotel provides flexible meeting rooms equipped with modern technology, positioning it as an address suited to both leisure and corporate stays.
This project is the most ambitious yet from The First Group and marks a milestone for IHG’s Vignette Collection. With its combination of scale, design, and distinct hospitality, Ciel Dubai Marina is poised to become an international landmark and a defining property for Dubai Marina.
