The architectural design comprises two elegant 220-metre-tall twin towers, each serving a distinct purpose in the overall wellness ecosystem. The residential offerings span from one-bedroom units to presidential suites. The Elements features one to three-bedroom residences, whilst The Collections offer four-bedroom layouts. The Gravity House provides five-bedroom configurations, and The Sky Terrace delivers penthouse living. The pinnacle of luxury comes with The Observatory, a presidential suite offering panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa.
Each residence within this wellness destination has been meticulously designed to support physical, emotional and environmental wellbeing.
