Marriott International has announced the signing of a landmark agreement to introduce the prestigious St. Regis Jeddah, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of luxury hospitality in Saudi Arabia. The development is set to transform the city’s high-end accommodation offerings when it opens in 2030, furthering the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ambitions to create world-class tourism destinations.
The St. Regis Jeddah will be strategically positioned within the striking 52-storey U-View Tower along the city’s picturesque waterfront, offering unparalleled views of the Red Sea. This prime location places guests moments away from iconic attractions including King Fahd’s Fountain and the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, home to the exhilarating Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Formula 1 races.
The vision behind The St. Regis Jeddah
The project represents a collaborative venture between Miyar Alshati Real Estate Company (managed by Miyar Capital), Telal Al Wadi Real Estate Company, and Saud Al Arifi Investment Group – a powerful coalition committed to elevating luxury standards in the region.

The St. Regis brand, renowned for its bespoke spirit and signature Butler service, will bring a fresh dimension to the city’s hospitality landscape, combining storied heritage with contemporary luxury. When completed, The St. Regis Jeddah will feature 191 elegantly appointed guest rooms, suites, and serviced apartments, many offering breathtaking sea views across the Red Sea.

Guests at The St. Regis Jeddah can expect to indulge in the brand’s celebrated rituals while enjoying access to five distinct dining venues, including a signature restaurant and pool lounge.
