The final white party of the year arrives at DRIFT Dubai on Saturday 13 December, concluding the year with a programme that carries guests from midday into evening. Known for shaping its atmosphere through dining, music and live performance, the event unfolds across both the beach club’s restaurant and its sea-facing lounge.
Each element is structured to create a sense of progression, beginning with the afternoon service and continuing through to the sunset gathering led by DRIFT’s in-house DJs, in collaboration with Minuty.

The afternoon begins at DRIFT Restaurant, where guests are welcomed with a glass of Minuty rosé. The menu features starters such as le tartare de thon and le ceviche de bar, followed by signature dishes including le chateaubriand, le bar de la mediterranee and la truffe noire.
Throughout the afternoon, a live artist creates mosaic-tiled coasters, adding a simple interactive touch to the event. The restaurant moves from a relaxed start to a livelier atmosphere as the day goes on. As the day shifts towards evening, the White Party at DRIFT moves to DRIFT Sea Lounge, where the atmosphere changes in response to the setting sun and the beachfront views.
Dress code and practical information
A white party is defined as much by its aesthetic as by its programming, with a strict white dress code required for all guests. The event runs from 12pm to 5pm at DRIFT Restaurant, followed by the after-party at DRIFT Sea Lounge from 5pm onwards. Dining is a la carte, and reservations can be made by email or phone.
